standards.
Vendors should provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding the availability of their
services and any limitations or restrictions.
Vendors should maintain good communication with customers in case of any queries or concerns.
Vendors must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to their
business operations.
Vendors will provide detailed information of their products like Name, price, description,
specifications, estimated time to prepare the order, list of questions (that will be asked to customers to
customize the product) etc in the format designed by Curated Hampers.
Order Processing and Fulfillment:
When a customer places an order for a customized gift, the vendor will be notified through
Curated Hampers website and email.
Vendors should review and confirm the order details within 12 hours, including the customization
requirements, pricing, and delivery address.
Vendors must complete the creation and packing of the gift within the agreed-upon timeframe and
ensure it meets the customer's expectations.
Vendors should securely package the gift to prevent any damage during transit.
Vendors are responsible for accurately updating the order status on website when the order is
ready to be picked up by Curated Hampers delivery partner.
Delivery Partner Collaboration:
Curated Hampers will collaborate with a designated delivery partner to handle the pickup and
delivery of the gifts.
The delivery partner will be responsible for collecting the packaged gifts from the vendor's
doorstep.
The delivery partner will be responsible for handling the gifts with care and ensure their safe
transportation to the customer's doorstep.
Payment and Settlement:
Vendors will be paid for successfully delivered orders on a bi-weekly basis (15th and 30th of every
month).
The online marketplace will calculate the earnings based on the delivered orders during the
payment period.
Vendors should ensure their payment information is accurately provided and updated in their
profile on Curated Hampers website.
Payments will be directly credited into the bank account provided by vendor during registration in
Curated Hampers Website.
Disputes and Issue Resolution:
In case of any disputes or issues, vendors and customers should initially attempt to resolve them
through direct communication.
Vendor can communicate with customer via email or phone number for addressing any queries
related to product customization.
If a resolution cannot be reached, vendors and customers can escalate the matter to the online
marketplace's support team for assistance.
Curated Hampers will review the situation and take appropriate actions to ensure a fair and
satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.
Compliance and Termination:
Vendors must comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this policy, as well as any
additional policies or guidelines provided by Curated Hampers.
Non-compliance with the policy or any fraudulent activities may result in termination of the
vendor's account and removal from the marketplace.
The online marketplace reserves the right to modify or update this policy as needed and will notify
vendors of any significant changes.
Vendor can choose to stop providing its services and opt out of this policy by providing notice 30
days in advance and making sure all existing orders are delivered successfully.
By participating as a vendor on the online marketplace, you agree to adhere to the above policy and
guidelines. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.
